Yong Seng Bateri, a company under the Yong Seng Group, was established in 1980. Initially, it focused on the retail and wholesale business in the automotive battery sector, quickly becoming a trusted brand in the industry due to its high-quality service.

Yong Seng Bateri specialized in meeting the diverse needs of vehicle owners, offering a comprehensive range of battery products, including those for conventional vehicles, electric buses, trucks, and excavators. This commitment to diversity and quality laid the foundation for the company's success.

In 2022, a significant chapter in the company's history began, marking the start of a transformation phase. Yong Seng Bateri recognized the changing dynamics of the automotive market and proactively invested in development, anticipating the real needs of consumers. This foresight led the company to specialize in hybrid vehicle technology, specifically crafting custom hybrid batteries for renowned car manufacturers such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Range Rover, and Porsche.

Investing in advanced diagnostic equipment became a cornerstone of our commitment to delivering exceptional products. These tools ensure that our products not only meet but exceed strict quality requirements, reflecting our dedication to providing reliable solutions.

As of today, Yong Seng Bateri has established 6 branches in Malaysia. Additionally, our dedicated warehouse enhances our capacity to serve the market efficiently. In 2023, we founded Yong Seng Capital, marking our entry into the electric vehicle (EV) business, underscoring our commitment to staying at the forefront of the automotive industry. Notably, in 2024, we established an EV education center in Selangor, aimed at training qualified engineers certified by international brands, becoming a significant force in shaping the future of EV technology in Malaysia.
